Metrics that Matter_ Aligning Global TA Metrics with Global TA Strategy.mp4103.41 MB
TA’s #1 most vital contribution to the organization is strategic decision support to business partners. Metrics aid us in providing that support but the lines between measures and metrics are often blurred leading us to report on activities rather than outcomes.
In this panel we will discuss the difference between activities, processes and outcomes, the difference between metrics and measures, what measures best relate successful TA outcomes to the C-Suite, using dashboards to dynamically track what we need to manage and assess alignment, and producing scorecards that clearly quantify TA’s contribution towards strategic goals.
Join Shally Steckerl of The Sourcing Institute, Glenn Gutmacher of State Street, and TALK’s own Lori Murin as we discover what sorts of metrics actually matter in the world of talent acquisition. Learn how you can become a strategic business partner instead of just an activity driver, as well as how to frame and convey meaningful data to senior leadership in language they understand.
