The Changing World of Work: Returning to the Office & Managing Distributed Workforces
Covid accelerated the transition to the “future of work” by nearly ten years, requiring rapid changes by companies across the globe. Our workplaces, cultures and hiring processes have all had to change as a result. In this Talk Talent series, we’ll hear from the Talent Acquisition leaders at WeWork and Greenhouse. Both companies have made significant changes in their approach to talent acquisition, and in this session, they’ll share what’s worked and hasn’t, and some options for you to consider as you plan for the future of work for your company.
