Recruiting Diverse and Inclusive Leaders

Since the events of the Summer of 2020, employers are under pressure to demonstrate action and results in their approach to Diversity Equity & Inclusion. As a result, the pressure on Talent Acquisition leaders to hire Diverse talent into senior executive roles has never been more intense. And, the need to develop and promote leaders who can drive and create inclusive cultures has never been more important. In this session, Lisa Baird and Ellen Maag, partners at Heidrick & Struggles will discuss best practices for recruiting diverse leaders into senior executive roles, how to spot those leaders who are most likely to lead with inclusion and the specific behaviors to foster broadly in shaping an inclusive culture.
