John Seward is a Senior Manager, Talent Acquisition for Nestlé in the US since 2012. Over his tenure with Nestlé, John has created an executive recruitment function, led recruitment integrations for acquired businesses and corporate relocations by developing sourcing and recruitment plans with strong stakeholder management plans. Prior to Nestlé, John has had experience as a headhunter, RPO, and in-house recruitment.
As Senior Manager, Talent Acquisition for BlueTriton Brands, formerly Nestlé Waters North America, since 2013, it’s not always easy to explain what her job is, so Susan Russell explains it as “making recruiters lives easier”. She’s responsible for the development and implementation of results-driven recruiting and sourcing strategies, including the BTB employer brand, dynamic sourcing tactics, and overall recruitment process. She also manages all the tools and systems used by the BTB recruiting team.
