Charles Bretz
Charles has 26 years of experience leading Sourcing and Recruiting teams. He has a diverse background that includes working in third party agency, Recruitment Process Outsourcing (RPO), and internal corporate Sourcing and Talent Acquisition departments for companies of varying sizes, from Fortune 200 to family-owned businesses. Charles has worked in several industries, including Technology, Public Accounting & Consulting, Financial Services, Hospitality, and Transportation. Currently, he serves as the Director of Talent Acquisition at Aspire Bakeries, a Food & Beverage Manufacturer.
David Marr
David Marr has been in Recruiting and Sourcing for 10+ years and have worked in Agency, Corporate, and as a Consultant. He specializes in roles that are challenging and typically senior executive through senior individual contributor roles. He's based in Chicago. He makes time to learn something new every day and enjoys traveling, new experiences, people, cuisine, and helping others grow and develop their recruiting and sourcing skills.
