Melanie Villapando Melanie is currently the Sr. Director, Global Talent Attraction for Thermo Fisher Scientific, where she manages a team of 100 recruiters across the Americas. She has 20+ years of global TA experience with a unique blend of in-house and RPO positions at companies like Aramark, OfficeMax, and Korn Ferry. In her current role, Melanie leads the development and expertise improvements for transforming Thermo Fisher's strategy for discovering and attracting talent. Working cross-functionally, she identifies and implements innovative approaches to talent attraction, sourcing, brand, and technology implementation technology to transform the way we work.
Eric Offner Eric Offner is Vice President of Sales at Phenom, the leader in Talent Experience Management (TXM). Eric is an industry veteran and has spent over 20 years in recruiting, recruitment advertising, and recruitment technology. He began his recruiting background at Aerotek and later moved onto CareerBuilder where he won the Ideas from Everywhere competition and launched CBMobile. CBMobile helped put Eric on his current path at Phenom, bringing the latest AI technology to market in the recruiting space.
