Real TALK - Design an Anti-Discriminatory TA Organization
Description
How to build inclusive, equitable and unbiased organizations has been a long standing goal for many companies. Recent events have skyrocketed the discussion to the top of our agendas. However, what does it really mean to us as Talent Acquisition professionals and how do we actually do it? In this webinar, we will hear from our expert panelists on the three steps we can take to get started. Please join us for the “real talk” discussion on how TA can come to terms with their own personal experiences with race, how to operationalize allyship, and how to design our teams for Equity.
