Natalie Coache is the Head of Executive & HR Recruitment for BASF in North America.  She also serves as the Chief of Staff for Girlz With Goals Inc, a 501c3, a non-profit org whose mission is to inspire young girls to become global leaders by fostering a love of learning and empowering girls to realize their full potential.


Prior to joining BASF in 2016, Natalie’s extensive Recruitment and Human Resources background was built over 25 years through progressive leadership roles within the Financial Services Industry.  Natalie held roles in the Asset Management business that afforded her the opportunity to travel throughout Europe, Asia, and the Caribbean prior to committing to Human Resources as a long-term career.


Natalie is a summa cum laude graduate of the Howard University School of Business where she earned a Bachelor’s Degree as an International Business major.

 

Eric Haener has over 20 years of experience in Talent Acquisition focusing on recruiting strategies, world class candidate experience, innovation, and overall client/customer satisfaction. Currently Eric leads BASF’s Talent Acquisition Community of Practice, Sourcing and Exempt Recruiting.  Eric also serves on the Board for the Detroit Chapter of TALK and is a 3rd degree Knight with the Knights of Columbus, which is a charitable organization in the Catholic Church.  Outside of work, Eric enjoys golfing, boating, snowmobiling, and exercising.
