Generation Z entered the world of “work” during and post pandemic. These young professionals have had specific experiences that have shaped their approach to and lens on their careers. Darin Eydenberg will lead an open conversation on what we know about Generation Z and their relationship with work and will leverage KangarooStar data, and other academic studies to stimulate discussion.  We will also share different approaches to hiring and developing this next generation of professionals.

Darin Eydenberg has 18 years of executive search experience as a Partner of Korn Ferry and CEO of KangarooStar. KangarooStar’s data scientist, Jason Greenberg, was until recently a professor at Wharton and New York University focused on labor and hiring trends. KangarooStar Post is a subsidiary of KangarooStar focused on video-based job matching for “just grads” and “recent grads” in the new world of work, using video, data and technology to stimulate great job matches.
