Topic: Important flexibilities to I-9 verification were instituted to ease the burden on hiring a remote workforce during COVID-19. The Department of Homeland Security has ended this temporary grace period, and will end the ability for remote verification on July 31st 2023, and will require in-person inspection by August 30th. Let's chat about the best way to handle this as your organization continues to hire remotely.
