Topic: Returning employees are an interesting prospect. Companies are increasingly intentional about recruiting past company alumni, with as many as 28% of new hires coming from returning candidates. There can be many benefits to this strategy. For one, they're a known quantity with an intimate knowledge of your company, a proven track record, and reduced onboarding and training ramps. On the other hand, they're typically looking for elevated roles and higher pay than the positions they originally left. So, what's your best strategy for hiring boomerang employees.
